Delete my data

This deletes the BuffBox account for the email you enter: synced cards, decks, boxes, shared deck links, price alerts, push tokens, support messages, sign-in secrets, and profile images stored in Minio.

Apple still holds the payment. BuffBox keeps the transaction id, product, environment, and expiry, with the time of deletion. That record has no name, email, or phone.

A copy of your collection that is already on a phone, tablet, or Mac stays there until you delete it in the BuffBox app or delete the app.

Accounts that only have a phone number can no longer receive a code. Email [email protected] and we will delete them.
